Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Highly MIS skilled, Diploma in Computer in Highly MIS skilled
∎ 2 year+ Experience relevant subject from any reputed institute/ university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
MIS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture Manufacturer, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily MIS related Support with Hardware, networking, software (ERP).
∎ Ability to learn business logics quickly and efficiently.
∎ Ability to analyze and find facts.
∎ Ability to Carrying out inspections of the MIS facilities to identify and resolve issues.
∎ Plan and oversee all Production & delivery activities.
∎ Timely execute Production Forecast, BOM reconcile and Daily Production Entry.
∎ Checking & reconciling FG transfer production floor to inventory/distribution floor.
∎ Checking & reconciling Raw-Materials transfer Main Store to production floor.
∎ Daily Production & Delivery Status report analysis.
∎ Production Capacity utilization and productivity analysis report.
∎ Monthly production report(Input, Output & Rejection%).
∎ Monitor & control MIS related daily activities.
∎ Clear knowledge on various MIS tools with proper applications.
∎ Ability to generate data-driven reports.
∎ A good and technical communication skill is mandatory to derive facts from end users.
∎ Moderate knowledge on computer operations.
∎ Train employee on (MS word, Excel & PowerPoints).
∎ Train employee about daily operational activities in ERP (Production & Delivery Process, Inventory analysis (Slow-moving, Non-Moving reducing plan) & control).
∎ Analysis and reengineering existing operation process & report to superior to upgradation.
∎ Ability to work under pressure within the office.
∎ Daily check the WhatsApp, mail, and give feedback and report to the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ERP, Data Analyst, MIS, MIS & Excel Reporting.
∎ Experience in corporate organizations/ group of companies.
∎ Have Good Communication Skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure within the office.
∎ Should have experience on working in manufacturing industries.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on latest developments in the IT systems field
∎ Demonstrated experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
∎ High level of computer literacy, knowledge of a range of PC based computer programs.
∎ CV should be updated, Recent photo should be attached and Present employment status should be written.
