Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Agreement drafts and correspondent with various department /concerned authority;
∎ Handling Companies NI Act & Labour Code related legal disputes;
∎ Furnishing legal opinion upon vetting of the Corporate Agreements;
∎ Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision;
∎ Vetting of various legal documents National and international;
∎ Prepare proposal, legal documents as per requirement;
∎ Obtaining registration certificate of Trademark and Copyright of various intellectual properties of the Company.
∎ Work on interdepartmental note, documentation and take actions regarding those issues;
∎ Preparation & Vetting of Banking related services agreement;
∎ Preparation & vetting of Content Subscription Agreements for Web & App based Services, i.e.; Agreements with music level, Content Owners or third party content Owner;
∎ Collection of NoC from the Content Owners;
∎ Monitor & manage to obtain Trademark Certificates of Product and Services;
∎ Conduct minute writing in different internal and external meetings;
∎ Preparing Policy for proper functioning of Company;
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time;
∎ Maintenance of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees;
∎ Any other responsibility required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on contract law, labor law, banking law, IP law Information Technology Law and corporate - commercial law.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skills
∎ Good negotiation skills and communication skill in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to handle complex situation ad cope with team at any situation.
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office Package
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners.
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline.
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking and compliant with business ethics.
