• Assist in maintaining and updating product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on the e-commerce platform.

• Monitor website performance and customer activity to identify and report any operational or product-related issues.

• Support the E-Commerce Product Manager in executing promotional campaigns and product launches.

• Coordinate with marketing, creative, and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of accurate product information and stock updates.

• Track and analyze basic e-commerce KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

• Ensure all online product pages are optimized for an engaging and seamless customer experience.

• Assist in conducting market and competitor research to identify new trends and improvement opportunities.

• Provide operational support in managing order flow, returns, and customer queries in collaboration with the customer service team.
