• Assist in planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance activities.

• Respond promptly to breakdowns and assist in diagnosing and resolving faults.

• Support the supervision of engineering, technical staff, and subcontractors.

• Review project details, assess materials requirements, and prepare cost estimates.

• Monitor and review work progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely supply of materials.

• Liaise with construction workers and subcontractors to maintain a smooth workflow.

• Source and procure specialist components, fixtures, and fittings as required.

• Maintain accurate statistical, project, and financial records.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Assist in creating and implementing maintenance procedures.

• Report on project status and progress, and help prepare interim/revised project schedules.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
