Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance activities.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and assist in diagnosing and resolving faults.
Support the supervision of engineering, technical staff, and subcontractors.
Review project details, assess materials requirements, and prepare cost estimates.
Monitor and review work progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely supply of materials.
Liaise with construction workers and subcontractors to maintain a smooth workflow.
Source and procure specialist components, fixtures, and fittings as required.
Maintain accurate statistical, project, and financial records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
Report on project status and progress, and help prepare interim/revised project schedules.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
