Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
∎ HR policies according to the best industry practices in Bangladesh
∎ Thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and consolidate the global MIS reports every month.
∎ Generate all reports and data related to HRIS as and whenever required by the Management.
∎ Provide MMRM Presentation on HR Function on monthly basis.
∎ Maintain all the Policies and update the revisions whenever there is a change.
∎ Prepare presentation related to HR Policy and any proposal related to Policy.
∎ Provide upkeep and maintenance procedures for file management (physical & digital) with respect to any changes in the employee employment history e.g., transfer, appraisal, department change, or another transactional letter.
∎ Processing all the claims and documents related to Insurance. Responsible for Group Life Insurance. Responsible for Processing the Injury or death claims if any till the settlement of claims to the employee.
∎ Responsible for processing the final settlements when it is due.
∎ Responsible for Housekeeping of office premises. Responsible for processing all the bills of external vendors related to facilities and administration.
∎ Responsible for arranging and supporting any events happening in the office (Birthdays, Women’s Day, Blood donation camps, and any awareness program arranged for the employees.)
∎ Responsible for conducting Exit Interviews and registering the reasons in the exit tracker.
∎ Manpower planning and talent acquisition.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process as per the HR Policies of the company
∎ Execute communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee service book
∎ Disciplinary issues such as show cause, counselling /warning, investigation/inquiry, etc.
∎ Preparing all kinds of Office Orders, Notices, Notes & Letters.
∎ Strictly follow and implement Compliance and Code of Conduct.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
