∎ We are searching who have ability to troubleshoot software related problems of computers based on Microsoft Windows. Also must have ability to Hardware troubleshooting, must have ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, Machines, Electronics Devices, new environment and people.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Laptop/Netbook/Desktop/Tablet PC/IT Related Machine Troubleshooting (Hardware & Software).
∎ You need to have a good idea about the electronics components and know about their activities.
∎ Different types of electronic device Motherboard need to be fixed. Problems with electronics devices need to be solved.
∎ The team leader must be contacted by phone or video call to have the machine electronic device repaired on customer end.
∎ Maintain proper records using computer software and Documents Hard copies.
∎ Inventory control of spare parts by computer software, Register Books and Documents Hard copies.
∎ Follow up on open/unresolved issues.
∎ Weekly, Monthly report update to Management.
∎ Must be willing to travel all over in Bangladesh , and work remotely
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
