The Junior Engineer will assist the superintendent in managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. This role involves daily site supervision, coordination with subcontractors and vendors, quality control, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Superintendent Engineer or Project Manager in planning and supervising all construction activities.

• Monitor daily construction progress and report any issues or delays.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work on-site.

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.

• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, inspection reports, and progress photos.

• Assist in managing materials and equipment deliveries and usage.

• Report any discrepancies, design issues, or potential delays to the project team.

• Attend site meetings and contribute to problem-solving and planning discussions.

• Ensure that tools and machinery are used safely and maintained properly.
