Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering (Public University graduate will get preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of product Blending, Filling and handling over finish product to warehouse after successful manufacturing.
∎ To carry out online production monitoring and terminal quality inspection as per management order and product specification.
∎ To prepare report and maintain internal and external document as per requirement of ISO 9001:2015 and management requirements.
∎ Sound knowledge in root cause analysis, corrective actions, risk assessments and find out root causes of defects of quality/problems about abnormalities and take corrective & preventive actions.
∎ Should have a proactive facilitator, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
∎ To perform analysis/testing of raw materials, bulk materials and finished products as per ASTM methods.
∎ To prepare test report in prescribed forms and to maintain proper documents.
∎ To perform and monitor calibration of QC equipment and update all record.
∎ To assist other QC personnel for handling customer complain and its feedback.
∎ Follow the SOP for all analytical test and good laboratory practices.
∎ Receiving of RM, PM as per quality norms.
∎ Checking the packing material, packing quality and quantity as business requirement.
∎ To assist to prepare monthly requirement of packaging materials, raw materials and other consumables.
∎ To ensure all retention product of WIP, chemicals, samples are kept and maintained properly.
∎ To ensure housekeeping and sanitation of manufacturing area and QC laboratory with compliance of BPC, BERC, ISO 9001:2015 and GMP and environmental safely
∎ Any task assigned by senior as per business requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher is preferable.
∎ Maximum 2 years.
∎ Should have enough computer literacy.
