Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way as per Head chef instruction.
∎ Ensures that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe.
∎ Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
∎ Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed.
∎ Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered.
∎ Train new kitchen staff.
∎ All food items are prepared as per standard recipe.
∎ Involve in planning of dishes in addition to our establishment.
∎ Ensure that the workstations are clean and sanitized and the proper safety procedures are always observed.
∎ Maintain highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed who have wide cooking experience.
∎ Candidates with higher experience will get preference.
∎ Should have Up-todate knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
∎ Cooking experience with foreign restaurant will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
