∎ To ensure the conforming product to the end customer.
∎ Failure mode & effect analysis of market return product.
∎ Product development feedback to the R&I Team.
∎ Training & upgrading the quality team members about quality tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring maximum quality of Water Pump, Iron, Kettle, Water Heater, Room heater, Weight scale, Generator etc.
∎ Responsible for Product PSI,IQC,OQC before market release.
∎ Exploring new technology, product design and quality negotiation with supplier.
∎ Product benchmark and assist for product development.
∎ Product Quality measure and control in market.
∎ Reporting and documentation to HOD
∎ Exploring new market potential
