∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Receptionist/ Front Desk

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with members' personal fitness and exercise goals.
∎ Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
∎ Continually monitor clients' progress and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises to minimize injury and improve fitness.
∎ Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines.
∎ Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill.
∎ Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
∎ Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and health conditions.
∎ Build individualized exercise programs.
∎ Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed.
∎ Monitor progress of clients’ fitness levels .
∎ Explain safe and proper use of gym equipment.
∎ Lead both individual and group training sessions.
∎ Research on new exercise techniques and trends.
∎ Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies.
∎ Inform clients about on gym safety and hygiene guidelines.
∎ Build a positive and trusting relationship with client.
∎ Advise client on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience as a personal trainer or relevant role.
∎ Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to more challenging training sessions.
∎ Ability to guide and motivate clients.
∎ Available to work flexible hours.
