∎ B.Sc. in EEE/ME from any Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of DPI Quality Management Department.
∎ Responsible for ensuring maximum quality of Water Pump, Iron, Kettle, Water Heater, Room heater, Weight scale, Generator.
∎ Exploring new technology and market demand fulfillment.
∎ Develop Quality strategy & plan for improvement to achieve target.
∎ Product Quality measure and accountable for market complain.
∎ Reporting and documentation to management.
∎ Manpower management, Decision making and cost control.
∎ Intra and Inter departmental communication to achieve goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in manufacturing industries (Washing Machine, Gas Stove, Induction Cooker, Rice Cooker, Cookware, Iron, Geyser etc.) will get preference.
∎ Experience as Project/Operation Management.
∎ Must have experience in fault analysis, nonconformity of process, quality improvement of products by strategical and technical approach.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Good hand in all types of Quality Management Tools.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
