  • Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, customer support, or social media response handling.

  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English (verbal & written).

  • Ability to type and respond fast and clearly in Facebook messages.

  • Basic knowledge of digital tools (Facebook Pages, Meta Business Suite, Excel, etc.).

  • Strong sense of responsibility, reporting, and time management.

  • Must be KPI-focused and willing to work under performance-based targets.

  • Flexible to work in morning/evening shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients for promotions, renewals, and follow-ups
  • Handle inbound calls from customers with clarity and professionalism
  • Respond to queries and messages received through Facebook Messenger and other digital platforms
  • Maintain polite, prompt, and accurate communication through social media chats
  • Coordinate with respective departments to provide accurate information and resolve client issues
  • Follow up on new leads, package inquiries, and appointment bookings from both phone and Facebook
  • Achieve assigned KPI targets (calls, conversions, response time, lead closures)
  • Submit daily reports covering call logs, social media responses, and feedback updates
  • Maintain a proper database of client interactions through phone and Facebook chat
  • Stay updated with ongoing offers and ensure all communications reflect accurate information
