• 2 to 4 years

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Ability to develop software in PHP, Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript/React or other programming languages.

• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, MYSQL, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).

• Software development, problem-solving, coding proficiency, database knowledge, and effective collaboration in Agile teams.

• Must be able to delivering results and meeting customer expectations

This role is responsible to assist in development of software, bug fixing and code review participation by writing clean, testable code, resolving software defects, and apply feedback from senior engineers to maintain quality and follow best practices. The incumbent will also write tests, keep documentation updated, and collaborate in Agile meetings like stand-ups and sprint planning.

• Feature Development: Building and maintaining software applications by writing clean, testable, and efficient code based on established patterns.

• Bug Fixing: Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving low-to-medium complexity software defects.

• Code Review Participation: Receiving and applying feedback from senior engineers to improve code quality and align with industry’s best practices.

• Testing: Implementing unit and integration tests for new features to ensure reliability and performance.

• Documentation: Creating and updating technical documentation, including API references and internal design notes.

• Agile Collaboration: Participating in team meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
