Job Responsibilities:
∎ To generate new business opportunities in Women Entrepreneur arena mand make proper client assessments
∎ Maintain good relationship through client visit with potential women clients to enhance the client base of the company.
∎ Analyse a client in different aspects e.g. Financial risk, Business related risk, Market risk, CRG, credit worthiness, bank statement etc.
∎ Explore business prospects to empower women through value added services of IPDC, respond to new disbursement opportunities and enhance the portfolio of the company.
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly set targets by providing loans to women entrepreneurs and provide constant after sales service for extraordinary customer experience.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed, while business methods remain compliant within IPDC policy.
∎ Any other task as and when asked by the management.
