∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have garments industry knowledge of production, quality etc.
∎ Capable to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
∎ Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
∎ Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems;
∎ Prepare the work plan /audit & follow up schedule with close coordination of the supervisor;
∎ The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance
∎ Ensure the supervisors are attending to the problems immediately and solving problems correctly.
∎ Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
∎ Ensure smooth work flow by monitoring
∎ Implementing solutions for the day to day problems which may occurs.
∎ Achieving daily targets meeting production plan
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve contract quantities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13500 (Monthly)
∎ Company will provide 8000 taka incentive every month. However, there are some condition to have the full incentive. such as achieve the production as per target, attendance, maintain the company code of conduct etc. Our working hour is 7.00 am to 4.00 pm. after that there is overtime facilities.
