Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the team goals and scopes.
∎ Address self boundaries and resolve them to participate in delivering.
∎ Follow line managers and seniors' instructions.
∎ Track the tasks assigned and meet the deadline to deliver.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Ready to commit for a bond of 2 Years.
∎ Decent Knowledge on modern IT trends.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Should have the ability & attitude to deliver results under pressure.
∎ Excellent Team skills.
∎ Down to Earth attitude.
∎ Must have the minimum skill to google and find the proper learning materials and self learning to deliver as required.
∎ For Programmers: Must have the basic application implementation knowledge of OOP with corresponding technology.
∎ For Programmers: Must have the basic knowledge of web technologies.
∎ For QA: Must have the basic academic knowledge of software testing.
∎ For IT Support: Must have the networking fundamental knowledge & hands on experience with basic tasks like LAN, PC troubleshooting, assembling etc.
∎ For UI/UX: Must have the basic knowledge of design aesthetic sense.
∎ For Digital Marketing: Must have the basic knowledge about SEO, SMM, etc.
∎ For Mobile developers: Must have basic expertise and knowledge in at least one mobile platform (android / iOS).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Confirmation with Salary review after six months. (Based on performance)
