1. Communication with buyers, factory people, other related departments/sections of the company.

2. Costing of products.

3. Follow the process & procedures of buyers.

4. Supervision and costing and pricing of the product and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.

5. Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.

6. Monitoring the status of approval/ per-production/delivery.

7. Coordinate with factory sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyers, send the sample on time and follow up any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyer side.

8. Advice factory / production / quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.

9. Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.

10. Candidates must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products.

11. Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure shipment of the right quality and quantity on time.

12. Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer.

13. Should have good connection with the buyers.

14. Any other jobs assigned by the top management.
