∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, HR AND COMPLAINCE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting the attendance data daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ Making monthly salary by using payroll software.
∎ Calculating employee working hours including Overtime hours.
∎ Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
∎ Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software as per labor law.
∎ Preparing Payroll reports.
∎ Distributing payment statements as per requirements.
∎ Responding to employee questions about their monthly salary, compensation, deduction, Overtime, leave, Incentive, etc.
∎ Entering new employee data into the company database.
∎ Final settlement as per labor law when an employee leave the company.
∎ Various kind of report that are assigned by the management.
∎ cost analysis report on every month salary payment by the company.
∎ Making the Workers joining list, confirmation list, promotion list, increment list, incentive list monthly and confirm by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Overtime payment, 2 bonus yearly, EL are pain in cash, yearly increment, Transportation are provided.
