Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of HR planning in coordination with other HR colleagues.
∎ Taking responsibility of factory HR & Compliance issues in coordination with Manger (HR & Compliance).
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions with Manger (HR & Compliance).
∎ Ensure HR issues - plan, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, training & development.
∎ Handling all types of Social/Environmental/Fire & Safety/ BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, ISO, GOTS, Oeko Tex, CTPAT and other certifications audits.
∎ Follow-up/handling factory compliance and sustainable issues. Ensure employees training & organization development in a cost effective manner.
∎ Ensure discipline in the factory and execution of proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
∎ Develop policy guidelines, interpret and ensure implementation in coordination with local laws and regulations.
∎ Take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Government, compliance visit and other audits.
∎ Responsible for the formulation of required committees and maintain regular meeting for the proper implementation of the processes
∎ ISO (EMS) audit experience will be considered as extra value addition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Over time allowance, T/A, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
