Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound knowledge in software, CC Camera and hardware problems and help our all departments.
∎ Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and to provide immediate support.
∎ Investigate and identify solutions to software and hardware problems.
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
∎ Internal database or external properties to provide correct tech solutions.
∎ Follow up IT systems are fully useful and prepare exact and timely reports.Paper technical sound knowledge in the form of notes and handbooks.
