Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow the instruction given by Dyeing Head.
∎ Responsible for entire production in the shift.
∎ Responsible for shade matching and dyeing quality.
∎ Responsible to arrange the trolleys to avoid the idle time.
∎ Responsible to monitor the operator’s activity and dyeing check points.
∎ Responsible for correct dyes Weighing, Mixing and salt / soda addition.
∎ Ensure the correct shade matching and fastness before unloading the batch.
∎ Co-ordinate with lab to give scouring fabric for reconfirmation and hand over the before addition cutting to Lab for lab to bulk study.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping all the time.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

∎ Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Should have good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
