∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Computer skill with microsoft excel, Data Entry, Inventory Control Knowledge, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ ? To receive & deliver materials properly as per documents.
∎ ? Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
∎ ? Keep instruction to supervisor for further receiving/Issuing process.
∎ ? Make short & excess reports and submit superior.
∎ ? System update as per challan.
∎ ? Generate GRN report.
∎ ? Print GRN report and file up documents properly.
∎ ? Create a delivery challan, gate pass challan & authorize the challan.
∎ ? Pallet wise cycle checking daily/weekly rack.
∎ ? Reduce cost by information visibility through best practices.
∎ ? Monitor & Maintain Department annual Budget.
∎ ? Goods/Material will be kept in store by using Bin Card FIFO method.
∎ ? Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
∎ ? Support to accounts department for store accounting and also support to MIS for order wise costing.
∎ ? Lead, motivate and develop the subordinate work force.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressures.
∎ Excellent skills in computer based application packages i.e. MS Office, MS Excel and web based applications/tools.
