IT Support Service
Job Context:
∎ Ensure proper end user service within SLA
∎ Ensure end user security (Antivirus, antimalware), CCTV, Access control
∎ Control on IT assets of his site
∎ Application & ERP solution implementation and it`s smooth operation in the context of infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure & manage all devices & service in access layer
∎ Troubleshoot and level one support end user Software, solution, Antivirus, Operating system related issues
∎ Use the defines tools to manage end user support and report.
∎ Renovation and new deployment work of entire group.
∎ Ensure security of End User of the entire organization
∎ Update and patch management of end user equipment
∎ Application & ERP solution implementation and it's smooth operation in the context of infrastructure
∎ Keep track of IT assets from accusation to disposal of all end user equipment's of his site and send report as required.
∎ Ensure backup & restoration of end user devices
∎ Manage vendor for warranty and servicing of IT equipment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Work area: Support / Helpdesk (Enduser, system, network, application, ERPs)
∎ Experience area: Network, System, Printer, Antivirus, IP Phone, ITIL, Microsoft 365, business apps
∎ Equipment / Software:
∎ Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, IP Phone, OS, Office, Website, CCTV
∎ End user security system like antivirus, firewall etc.
∎ MS365, ERPs etc.
∎ Related applications and monitoring systems like cacti, opmanager
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal skill.
∎ Capability to work under pressure to meet schedule.
∎ Good communication (both English & Bangla) for operational, critical & escalation process.
∎ Must be quick learner to adopt new technology.
∎ Positive, self-motivated
