Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Commerce or related field.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Experience in store or inventory management or related administrative role.

  • Hands-on experience in SAP for store management will be preffered.

  • Knowledge of inventory control & management, GRN and stock reconciliation.

    Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Proficient in SAP transactions (material receipt, issue, transfer, returns).

  • Good command of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reporting).

  • Familiarity with documentation: GRN, Issue Slips, Stock Reports.- Strong organizational and reporting skills. 

    Soft Skills:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.

  • Team-oriented and proactive approach.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and manage office consumables, stationery, equipment, and other store items.

  • Ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance, and replenishment of materials.

  • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions on time to avoid shortages.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, proper tagging, and systematic arrangement of goods.

  • Conduct regular stock counting and reconciliation with system records.

  • Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, and other relevant documents.

  • Ensure timely reporting of stock status, shortages, and surplus items.

  • Support in annual or periodic audits and compliance checks.

  • Perform daily SAP entries for material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.

  • Generate store-related reports such as stock balance, consumption, and movement using SAP.

  • Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for smooth transaction processing.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and SAP data.

  • Coordinate with departments for timely issuance of required items.

  • Liaise with vendors, if required, for delivery follow-up and quality verification.

  • Support management with data and MIS reports for decision-making.
