Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Engineering/Work study from reputed Institute                                                                    

• Knowledge about Lean Manufacturing & modular Manufacturing Systems/ single garments manufacturing                                                                    

• GSD License/certificate will be an added advantage

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Attend and follow up on QCO (pre-production) activities

• Attend and Follow up to achieve the Learning curve

• Minimizing non-value-added activities, loss time through proper execution of IE function across the Unit

• Do operator multi-skilling and upgrade to required standard operator categories’ in a line.

• Attend & follow-up Cutting & Finishing activities

• Make machine layouts with smooth workflow & maximum productivity

• Make workplace arrangements as per the work method

• Working effectively to achieve daily planned SAH/ LC/ efficiency targets.

• Apply operation Standardization across the unit

• Do operator multi-skilling and keep a record

• Ensure KPI achievement across the floor & provide KPI-related data to central IE

• Acknowledge & Educate middle-level management about IE reports & performances

• Involvement in Innovation & Automation
