Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the current portfolio of the business efficiency
∎ Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
∎ Answer queries on compensation and benefit matters of Customer
∎ Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
∎ Willing to visit clients regularly and marketing will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Work under pressure
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Operate Computer & Software related work
∎ Must be proficiency of MS Office & Excel.
