Responsibilities & Context:
Provide IT support to all end users across the organization.
Coordinate IT-related activities among different departments and branches.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and monitors.
Maintain and resolve issues related to IP Phones, CC Cameras, Attendance Devices, and Servers.
Troubleshoot networking devices such as switches, routers, access points, NVR, and ONU.
Administer and maintain Zimbra Mail Server with anti-spam filtering.
Manage and support Issabel IP Phone Server operations.
Handle Windows Server tasks including Active Directory, File Server, Backup & Recovery.
Monitor and maintain Attendance Systems.
Configure and manage MikroTik routers and Access Points for all branches.
Support and coordinate with teams using Odoo ERP System.
Manage procurement of IT equipment and software as per organizational requirements.
Communicate and collaborate with vendors such as ISPs, IT product suppliers, and software providers.
Update and manage website content through WordPress.
Assist in design tasks and coordinate with designers for promotional materials.
Work with the digital marketing team to create content, post updates, and run online ad campaigns.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management.
