Context :

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for qualified, energetic, hardworking, skilled and experienced few Jr. Executive / Executive (IE -Dyeing) for strengthening and enhancing the capacity of the Dyeing - IE Team.

Job responsibilities:     

• Responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions of assigned area.

• Lean tools implementation (5S, Kaizen, JH, Gemba, RCA, VSM, Autonomous Maintenance etc.)

• Monitor machines, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency

• Analysis of low production & collect NPT against low production & take action to reduce NPT.

• Monitor shift wise dyeing production by hourly output basis.

• Coordinate with Production team for Machine feeding & related job.

• Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.

• Work with production team for continuous improvement for manufacturing methods, system and controls.

• Should have concerned with the development, improvement and implementation of integrated system of people, money, knowledge, information, equipment as well as analysis and synthesis.

• Analyzing existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.

• Conducting time studies to determine the standard time required to perform specific tasks or processes.

• Take necessary steps to minimize wastage and loss in all operating areas.

• Identify and deploy the cost reduction measures in every step of the processes.

• Carry out any additional assignments delegated by the Management
