Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ For Junior Executive must have a HSC(or equivalent) Certificate
∎ For Executive Must have a Bachelor/Honors Degree.
Job Context:
∎ You will be joining a well-established garments manufacturing company based in Gazipur-Sadar, renowned for producing high-quality apparel for international markets. As a Junior Executive in the Industrial Engineering department, your primary responsibility will be to support the seamless shipment of garments by optimizing production processes and ensuring timely deliveries.

∎ You will work closely with the Industrial Engineering team to analyze production workflows and implement efficiency improvements. Your contributions will directly impact the company`s ability to meet shipment deadlines, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold its reputation for delivering top-notch garments.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning and Control: Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering team to create and maintain production schedules for timely and efficient garment manufacturing. Monitor and update production plans based on order specifications and delivery deadlines.
∎ Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction in garment production. Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality Control department to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to production schedules, time studies, and efficiency improvement initiatives. Generate regular reports for the Industrial Engineering department and senior management.
∎ Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Address inter-departmental issues that may impact shipment schedules.
∎ Shipment Coordination: Play a key role in coordinating with logistics and shipment teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods. Monitor shipment schedules and address any challenges that may arise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
