Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out the quality inspection activities, complete the inspection report and maintain the report documentation system.
∎ Communicate with superior, Corporate Quality Team, Cross-functional teams and buyers.
∎ Foresee the potential problems and rectify in early stage;
∎ To ensure the factory production process in line with the requirements of production orders.
∎ To control the process quality, technology assessment, testing, equipment and environment, control process failure and verification analysis to ensure product should meet the quality standards, share the quality verify result.
∎ Conscientious, careful and responsible in work, good communication skills and strong sense of quality.
∎ Candidate should have sound managerial skills, motivate subordinates, good at work summary and planning, take responsibility and be responsible for the results.
∎ Candidate should have strong ability to find problems in the surrounding of work area, identify problems and deal with problems, identify and practice corporate culture.
∎ Candidate may have to work in production and quality related work if management assigned to do so.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
