Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Keraniganj, Cox’s Bazar, Habigonj, Panchagarh, Saidpur, Savar.
Support Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM Support Team, Technical Support Dept.
Installation and set-up of ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM, Problem Identification, Diagnoses, Resolution.
Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal.
Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients` requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
Periodic (Preventive Maintenance) on ATM/CRM and Different Products.
