Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in RAJUK/ CDA / Authority Drawings.
Strong knowledge of Architectural Working Drawing & Details.
Exterior/Interior detailing and drafting.
Proven experience as a CAD-Operator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and SketchUp.
Strong understanding of building materials, joinery details and trending designs.
Ability to read, interpret, and create highly detailed technical drawings.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
Ability to work within a corporative environment and meet professional standards.
Smart, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings for residential / commercial projects.
2-3 years of experience in preparing of RAJUK/ CDA / Authority Drawings.
Collaborate effectively with architects, 3D visualizers, and BOQ personnel to ensure precision and feasibility.
Stay updated with new materials, trending concepts, and industry standards.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
