Flixza Group, formerly known as Bagan Group, is a diversified business conglomerate operating across multiple sectors, including real estate, agriculture, e-commerce, automotive, and food & beverage. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to join our finance team and support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily financial transactions and records
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and cheque processing
Maintain cash book, ledger, and general accounting registers
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Assist in salary preparation and payroll processing
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Monitor expenses and assist in budget tracking
Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations
Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit queries
