Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to do panning for Knitting Production.
∎ Update production schedule time to time.
∎ Prepare report for style wise knitting time & schedule and provide it to the concern department (merchandiser, production, management etc.).
∎ Consult with Production and Merchandising team before making schedule of knitting.
∎ Ensure good quality yarn before starting the production.
∎ Review the plan on a daily basis and set alternative plan to complete knitting on time
∎ Reduce yarn wastage problems & improve quality of the production.
∎ Receive confirmation from concern Merchandiser and Technical manager before start the style wise knitting production.
∎ Maintain and develop the team of Jacquard operators and helpers to improve the production and quality of garment.
∎ Follow up maintenance of the machines and check daily and weekly Jacquard maintenance report.
∎ Provide machine maintenance report to the Management.
∎ Make sure Jacquard operators or helpers collect yarn from distributors after weighting yarn.
∎ Follow buyer's comments as per instruction of concern merchandisers.
∎ Ensure maximum capacity utilization of Jacquard sections, good housekeeping & proper utilization of manpower
∎ Ensure strong communication between teams to facilitate exchange of information to implement change and improvements.
∎ Review the daily performance of the knitting production, find difficulties and set corrective action plan for the next day.
∎ Take all necessary safety measures in connection with the knitting production
∎ Coordinate with other department heads as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 10 year(s) work experience in Sweater Factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience Quality Control and Quality Inspection department in the sweater garments factory.
∎ Must be fluent in both written and verbal English.
∎ Technically sound in sweaters products.
∎ Strong computer skills in Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook, etc.
∎ Have ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities.
∎ Being enthusiastic and highly motivated at work place.
∎ Well organized, detail follow up & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Be proactive and take more initiatives & solve problems and share them with others.
