• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor/Honors/Diploma In Any decipline

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• B.Sc. in CSE degree will get preference

• Educational qualification will be relaxed if candidates having 5 years’ Experience in the related field

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, IT Enabled Service, Coaching Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age 20 to 40 years

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in IT training institutes.

• Proven professional experience in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, AI Learning, Web Development, Office Application (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) Video Editing, and Motion Graphics with a strong portfolio.

• Successful track record of working in international freelancing marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).

• Expertise in designing Logos, Banners, Posters, Flyers, Visiting Card, Liflet, Create Website, AI Photo/video Genaration, Data Entry, E-Commerce, Amazon Affiliate, Lead Genaration, SEO and Social Media Posts.

• Proficiency in Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and online tools like Canva/Figma/Veo.

• Practical experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Marketing, and SEO

• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire learners.

• Ability to guide students in portfolio development for both freelancing and professional careers.

• Passion for keeping up with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Ability to conduct both online and offline classes

• Freelancing experience on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Behance, or Dribbble will be an added advantage

• Provide training to students on Graphics Design, Digital Marketing, Office Application, WEb Development, Video Editing, AI Tools.

• Teach industry-standard software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. and related tools.

• Support Students in building professional portfolios for freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and job opportunities.

• Stay updated with the latest design and video production trends, tools, and technologies.

• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor them in career development.

• Create designs and videos for the institute’s promotional activities

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns

• Develop and update course syllabus and lesson plans
