  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in an efficient manner.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexible hours (if required).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media channels. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with issues or complaints.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, and transactions.

  • Coordinate with different departments (sales, logistics, technical support, etc.) to resolve customer issues.

  • Help in order processing, returns/exchanges, and ensure timely updates to customers.

  • Coordinate with internal teams when required.

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate person

  • Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and daily calendar.

  • Assist with documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
