Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician on a temporary basis to support a 3-month project. The selected candidate will provide day-to-day IT support, manage networking components, and assist in maintaining system performance and security. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset to ensure uninterrupted IT services for Bikroy employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for end users (hardware, software, and network-related issues).

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking components, with emphasis on VLAN configurations.

• Install, configure, and support Windows 11 Pro and Windows Server operating systems.

• Manage and troubleshoot wireless networks, particularly UniFi Access Points and controllers.

• Support and maintain the Active Directory environment (user accounts, group policies, permissions).

• Assist with firewall rule configuration and troubleshooting under supervision.

• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability of IT services.

• Assist with IT asset management, system documentation, and basic security practices.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of networking, especially VLANs.

• Valid CCNA certification.

• Proficiency in Windows 11 Pro and Windows Server OS.

• Good understanding of wireless technologies, particularly UniFi Access Points.

• Experience working in an Active Directory environment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in IT, Networking, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment.

• Additional certifications (Microsoft, UniFi, Fortinet, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
