Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and others.
∎ To Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
∎ Assist users with network connectivity, email setup, and other IT-related tasks.
∎ Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and related equipment.
∎ Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team as appropriate.
∎ Collaborate with different vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
∎ To Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical users effectively.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management as and when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
∎ Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
∎ Hands-on experience in networking, routing and switching.
∎ Familiarity with common IT infrastructure components, such as servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
