Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT Asset Procurement, Vendor Management
∎ IT Asset Inventory Management & Reporting
∎ Assist with hardware & software troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to end users.
∎ Check, update, monitor and close tickets on IT support from ticket system.
∎ Must be skilled in MS Office Suites for documentations, reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
