A reputed bank is looking for smart, energetic, and tech-savvy individuals to join its team as IT Support Associate (ISA). The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring smooth IT operations, and maintaining banking systems and networks with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide technical support for all IT-related hardware, software, and network systems within branches and head office.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop PCs, printers, scanners, LAN/WAN connectivity, and banking applications.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, antivirus software, and authorized banking tools.
Ensure timely maintenance and performance optimization of computer systems and peripherals.
Support end-users with system access, password resets, and troubleshooting login or application errors.
Maintain inventory and records of IT assets, equipment movement, and maintenance logs.
Assist in setting up new workstations, network points, and user accounts as per IT policy.
Coordinate with vendors and the central IT team for repair, upgrade, or replacement of faulty equipment.
Ensure compliance with the bank’s IT security policies and data protection standards.
Perform routine system health checks, backups, and update installations to prevent downtime.
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to branch users as required.
Report technical incidents and suggest improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
