∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Good comunication skill, Interpersonal Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in IT projects.
∎ Support end user requests.
∎ IT Assets management.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Familiar with Office 365 Apps (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint).
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
∎ Network troubleshooting (Wireless and LAN).
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ Testing new technology.
∎ Possibly training office staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working in Multinational company will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge of Windows Active directory.
∎ Experience in setup and troubleshooting PC desktop, laptop, Mac, Windows 10, macOS, Office 365, VPN client software, etc.
∎ Office equipment support (audio/video conference, printer, scanner, etc).
∎ Able to establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
∎ Fluent English language skills.
