Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide 1st line support for users (User Support Help Desk, Training, Administration) on various systems .
∎ Support the various departments to operate / understand the regular reports/ dashboards / systems.
∎ Ensure processes are followed by users and under control
∎ Support the launch of the new reports / dashboards/ systems.
∎ Support the analysis of business data and trends.
∎ Support the ad hoc reporting as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant working experience in business intelligence, data analysis or related fields required.
∎ Strong analytical skill with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ High proficiency in Excel and PPT is required, knowledge of PBI or VBA is a plus.
∎ Hands-on experience in sourcing office is an advantage.
∎ Fluent in spoken and written English.
∎ Mature personality, be hardworking and able to work independently.
∎ Newly graduated candidates will also be considered.
