Responsibilities & Context:
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network and application issues.
Monitor and resolve network and connectivity problems, ensuring smooth communication.
Setup, manage and maintain user accounts, permissions and access controls.
Track and manage IT assets such as computers, software licenses and networking equipment.
Install, Configure and maintain computer systems, Servers and peripherals.
Implement and manage security measures, including access control backup and firewalls to protect data and systems.
Act as a contact point between the organization and IT vendors or external providers.
Ability to analyze complex issues think logically and develop creative solution
Any other task assigned by management
