Role Overview

As Manager- NeuraTech Ltd., you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital solutions and software development projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives. This role involves team leadership, client relationship management, business development support, and operational oversight to deliver high-quality, tailored technology solutions. You will report to the Program Head for working with NeuraTech Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design.

• Optimize website performance for speed, accessibility, and SEO.

Back-End Development

• Build and maintain server-side applications using PHP, Python, Node.js, or other backend languages.

• Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for dynamic websites.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Web Design & UI/UX Integration

• Translate design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into interactive web pages.

• Implement modern UI/UX best practices for better user engagement.

• Collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency across web platforms.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

• Develop, customize, and maintain CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.

• Create custom themes, plugins, and modules for CMS-based websites.

• Ensure easy-to-manage content workflows for non-technical users.

Testing & Debugging

• Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and browser testing) to identify and fix bugs.

• Use debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.

• Ensure websites meet W3C and accessibility standards.

Website Deployment & Maintenance

• Manage hosting, domain configurations, and server environments.

• Deploy websites to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or shared hosting.

• Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and security patches.

Security & Compliance

• Implement secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities (XSS, SQL injection, CSRF).

• Ensure compliance with web security protocols (SSL, HTTPS).

• Regularly update libraries, frameworks, and CMS to prevent risks.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, content creators).

• Use version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) for team collaboration.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints for timely project delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Support

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Provide technical support and training for clients or team members.

• Deliver project documentation and user guides.

Research & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated on new web technologies, frameworks, and design trends.

• Explore innovative approaches in UI/UX, interactive web elements, and coding efficiency.
