∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE,CSE,IT or relevance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting & Problem solving of workstation related problems
∎ Maintaining Asset Register of all IT equipment in IS Workshop and Department
∎ Managing and maintaining workstations 7/8/10
∎ Implementing workstations 7/8/10
∎ Providing technical support to the remote engineers for ongoing project
∎ Providing 1st and 2nd level technical support to the remote engineer.
∎ Training up engineers before site visiting.
∎ Creating technical documentation and IT training materials.
∎ Providing technical support related to CISCO, HP, DELL, JUNIPER & WIndows device-related issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous knowledge about IT and windows support.
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position.
∎ Good knowledge about Windows OS and Active Directory
∎ Good knowledge about MS products.
∎ Good knowledge about CISCO products, CCNA certification, or experience is preferable.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows.
∎ Good knowledge about network devices.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
