Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify partnership opportunities
∎ Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
∎ Maintain existing business
∎ Think critically when planning to assure project success
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
∎ Must be able to communicate fluently in English with our international clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be fluent in English
∎ 1- 3 years' prior industry-related business development experience
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent Communication skills and Business fluent English.
∎ Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
∎ Focused and goal-oriented
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Festival bonus, performance-based bonus and increment
