Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
∎ Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
∎ Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches
∎ Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
∎ Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements
∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Officer to join our team and oversee all aspects of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, network administration, and system maintenance. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
