• Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.

• Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.

• Manage Google Ads and monitor analytics for performance improvement.

• Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

• Provide monthly reports on campaign performance and suggestions for improvement.

• Design visual content for social media, websites, ads, banners, brochures, and presentations.

• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.

• Create short videos, animations, or reels for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Edit existing video content for better engagement.

• Ensure consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.

• Design materials for both digital (web banners, social posts) and print (flyers, posters, billboards).
