Responsibilities & Context:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, CCTV, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, Internet and CCTV.|
• Providing technical support across the company
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Possibly training junior staff
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components
• Maintaining records of CCTV
